“Very patient driver who was unable to find villa initially in Polensa Majorca because we were not in possession of google map reference to find very secluded out of town villa. He went to extreme measures to locate place doing all he could for an hour at least never showing any frustration or impatience.”

On the other hand, our return transfer was a private transfer which was meant to be provided by Talixo, a pan-European business headquartered are in Berlin.
Long story short: the private transfer was a disaster. After 2 confirmations, it was finally cancelled and we had to take a taxi to the airport.
After browsing the internet a bit, I realized Talixo is not reliable at all. This is not an isolated case, and we wonder why Holiday Taxis keeps on doing business with such an unreliable partner.
This case in now in the hand of the customer support team and we hope we get a full refund.
Last but not least, 2 taxis were cheaper that 1 private transfer.”
“we had a bit of of a problem due to the fact we could not make the outward journey of our return trip but the return journey was kept for us , the pick up was in easy reach of our apartment we had precise details before hand and even though there was a few pick ups on the way we arrived at the airport in plenty of time the price was very reasonable would use this service again”
