“The journey time from the airport was way too long for the miles covered. I was dropped at the Azul Hotel instead of the Azul Gardens. When I protested the driver insisted I go in to reception that I was in the correct place. I had to walk alone with heavy luggage at 1:30 a.m. I wanted to cancel the return journey but could not get a reply to the phone. I would never use this service again.”
