“Single women left stranded before her flight because the driver couldn’t be bothered to collect me. He lied and said he tried despite me waiting 15 minutes before the scheduled time and for over an hour with family and small children.

“I had booked a holiday taxi transfer from Palma airport to our hotel, upon arrival after finding the desk we found a number of drivers stood by the desk. Two ladies were behind the counter, the best way to describe it was chaos!
There was not a taxi large enough for our group, near in mind they had a weeks notice!
The older lady was frantically trying to sort the problem, she then started crying. After waiting 45 minutes a driver was found. On leaving the airport I said will the taxi be reliable on collection.. assured everything will be ok.
Enjoyed a stag weekend, received a text the day before collection told to wait outside the hotel 15 minutes before collection- 13:40, an hour passed no sign of any taxi! Emergency numbers ringing out. We took it upon ourselves to book taxis two in total at a cost of 45€ each.
Please let me know what can be done to compensate?
My partner sent an email when we were having the above problem, no show. No response from you on that email…

“Totally awful experience. Small issues with my booking which I tried to resolve online. The website wasn’t working as intended, so I tried to call. I was hung up on by operators over 5 times. Once they said they were going to put me on hold and accidentally returned me to the back of the wait queue. The wait times were always upwards of 30 minutes.
I tried to use the web chat but this was the same issue - conversations “terminated” before a resolution was reached.
I tried to cancel my booking but this isn’t possible via the website - and I couldn’t reach a human operator to do this.
Absolutely cannot recommend this company.”
