After using Holiday Taxis for many many years our latest experience is not one I wish to repeat in a very long time. After arriving on time and making ourselves know to to operatives at the TMT - Majorca desk we were advised that our driver was not there and would be a further 10 minutes. This continued ever time I queried the whereabouts of our car and driver. After 50 minutes I lost my patience and after an exchange of words we were taken to the taxi rank and put into a taxi to take us to our holiday destination. Everyone on our flight had already left by taxi or bus and this makes we wonder if using your services is still practical for our future travel as we could also have caught a taxi or bus outside the airport terminal.
