“The shuttle bus never turned up. Company said they had been given the wrong hotel details by holidaytaxis however the ticket I had displayed the correct hotel details. Had to quickly get a taxi and file a complaint. Still waiting for a response and my money back. Stressful situation which you don't want on your last day of holiday. I wouldn't use these again.”
“Our shuttle bus was easy to find at Palma airport. We did have to sit for a time to wait for other travellers, but we were pre warned about this so it wasn’t a problem. Our arrangements for the return journey were easy to find online and the shuttle bus arrived within a few minutes of the expected pick up time. All in all a good experience and good value for money. We will be using them again next year.”
