“A very good service. The taxi was waiting for us when we arrived at Palma and for the return journey it came right on time to take us back to the airport.”
“The way from the airport was great. The way back to the airport was awful. I rung Holiday Taxis twice and the in-country suppliers three times to confirm the pickup location at 14:20. When they failed to arrive by 14:40 I was told to wait 10 more minutes. Then they changed telephone staff at 15:00 and told me the bus had gone to a different location and I had to get a taxi. The same thing happened to two others on different occasions on the same holiday. I am currently trying to request a refund for my taxi but have heard nothing.”
