“I was waiting 1,5h on Palma Airport to be finally picked. Amazingly the driver who took me at last was also waiting there, at least 30 minutes.
Return was even worse because I haven't been picked at all. Mistakenly, the pickup address was actually my address in Ireland. I was send a reminder to update the details but your website do not allow to change it. Instead it is advising to cancel booking and call the magic UK number. Nobody answered the phone twice after: 10 min and 15 min waiting and my booking fee has lost. So summarising Holiday Taxis services sucks and I do not recommend them. For similar price I can have local driver without waiting and loosing nerves.”
