“Our pick up and car on arrival were perfect but on our return we were collected in a minibus with no air conditioning. I was expecting a car of the same standard that we had on arrival so this was very disappointing and very hot. The driver also went to the wrong place to pick us up so we were waiting outside for him. No apology for the delay or explanation for the change in transport. I have contacted the company directly as I believe we should be due a refund for the change of transport.
