“Really bad service the bus drove straight past me I had been waiting for 25 mins for it apparently the driver said I weren’t outside the hotel when I was. Advise to get a taxi and attempt to claim back a refund that was 2 weeks ago and still waiting very bad service would not recommend to use this company”

“Horrible traumatic experience. Didn't turn up at my hotel. My pick up was 14:45. I was waiting from 14:25 and they say they came at 14:40 which was an absolute lie. Even reception said the driver would go in to the hotel if they were looking for someone and nobody had been in. Rang and was told I'd have to get a private taxi to the airport. Told them I didn't have enough money for that as I had paid for my transfer so didn't think I had to save money for a taxi to the airport. They said there was nothing they could do. It would have to be investigated once I was home. I was on my own as my friend lives in a Spain, just in a different part and she had to get her coach home a couple of hours before I was getting picked up. Which is why I was waiting for my transfer within plenty of time, because I was by myself. I had to get money transferred from home - Only just making my flight. I have 3 children at home and had only gone away for 2 nights after taking them on holiday in June. If I had missed my flight I honestly don't know what I would have done. Would of been stuck in Spain with no money and not able to get home to my children. I emailed over a week ago but told investigating can take 28 days. I don't see this being resolved. They will just say it came and I wasn't there. How can I prove that is 100% not true? I use transfers every year and never had a problem until now. Will be taking to social media if I am not refunded for both the transfer I had paid for and the private taxi.”
