“We had an excellent transfer from Orlando Airport to Disney's Art of Animation resort. The driver was on time, the ride was comfortable and will be definitely be recommending and using Holiday Taxis again!”
“Our flight from Washington took off without us,I contacted h taxis who confirmed this and confirmed new pick up time. However ,when we finally got yo MCO and found our meeting point,it was not at an obvious place,no official desk,just a information point with no driver there to meet us.Then about half an hour later,with me running around and trying to contact h taxis,the driver turned up,very late.Then she walked us to a car park a long walk away,I was not impressed,why not park up like the other drivers outside the terminal.
The lady was nice though,and gave us some good Disney tips,but she was late picking us up.
Much better experience on the way back,the driver was early,I asked for a earlier pick up,and was curious and dropped us at Mco in very good time.So 3 out of 5,a official meeting point ,and no long walk,and don't be late.”

“Very poor, driver drove past my resort hotel but didn’t drop me off until after he dropped off another passenger. If I was the driver I would have asked the passengers where everyone was going before leaving the airport and planned before. Not stopping on the hard shoulder of the motorway and quickly asking where everyone was going. Never again will use holiday taxis for Florida but might give them a chance for other destinations”
