“We had problems with both our transfers to and from the airport. There was nobody on the desk or in the office when we arrived. Even after somebody did turn up 20 mins later to give us our voucher, we still waited 45mins for our transfer.
We were told to confirm our return transfer 24hrs before but the tel numbers given were just automated. After emailing, texting and ringing, we finally received confirmation of our transfer at 10pm the night before. It then turned up 1hr and 10mins after the time we were told to be there, with no apology. Would certainly not use this service again.”
“Didn’t show up. Staff working at the kiosk didn’t have a clue what was going on. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and no sign of bus. Got a taxi as bus didn’t arrive. Trying to get a refund.”
“Had to make our way to the kiosk where we waited for 10 mins with no Comunication. Waited another 10 for limo. Limo was beautiful but don’t need the wait after travelling for 24 hrs.”
“The airport to hotel pick up was great not so easy to find the desk if you have never been to the airport before. It was just the return that was a disappointment as the transport did not arrive and we had to get the airport on time.”
