“Very good when we arrived dropped us at the hotel. On return we had to go to another hotel which fortunately wasn’t far but was a nightmare trying to get out of their car park. Late setting off and difficult to get out. The driver made up the time though on the way. Would use again.”
“Overall was okay. Shame we wasn’t collected from hotel as we were dropped off there. Collected from another hotel and to exit there was a nightmare. Was later than expected getting to airport even though made sure early collection. Unfortunately it was the hotel exit problem not the driver. Would use again.”
“REALLY DO NOT ENJOY TRAVELING. WHEN WE SENIORS DIE OFF THE MEMORIES OF MORE COMFORTABLE TRAVEL WILL DIE WITH US. NEVER BEEN TO THIS AIRPORT IT WAS ANOTHER AIRPORT. POOR DIRECTIONAL SIGNS. IF THERE HAD BEEN AN EMERGENCY I WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET OUT OF MY SEAT. MORE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED TO WEAR MASKS. RETURNED WITH RESPIRATORY INFECTION.”
“We paid for a private return transfer for our recent trip to Las Vegas, the driver who was supposed to meet us at arrivals wasn’t there so after 15 mins I called the office and was told by the dispatcher Debbie the driver would be to us in mins, after another 15 mins I called again and Debbie once more said the driver should be with us. After 5 mins the driver appeared and apologised stating he was the only driver available and Debbie had directed him to take other pax on our floor got to their hotel first before returning to collect us. We could have booked an Uber which would have been quicker and cheaper but as we were traveling with my 81yr dad we thought this would take the stress using Uber could cause- we were wrong.
On the return journey I was text with a collection time of 6pm but to arrive 15mins prior, we needn’t have bothered as I had to call the dispatcher again at 6.20 as no sign of the driver, I was told traffic was bad and not enough time has been allocated, to save time we met the driver a 5 min walk away- not too bad you might think but with a 81yr old and luggage was not ideal.
Very let down by holiday taxis and their USA partners”
