Our info email said that the driver would arrive one hour after flight landing and wait for 120 min. However, on arrival we found that the driver had already left. The service agent said the driver had waited 2 hours already but when I mentioned that that wasn't possible, he changed tone and said the wait time was actually only 90 minutes and said we were marked as no shows. 90 minutes at JFK is impossible! The customer service agent then hung up on me.
