“Very bad experience.
First of all was given no direction prior to our arrival on where to meet driver, which meant we spent nearly an hour trying to find him.
When we did finally find h and go back to the car it was thirty with other peoples uswd tissues and water bottles.
We also paid extra for a car seat as we have a 2 year old - no car seat was provided which is extremely unsafe.
The driver was also going very fast and on his phone! My partner had to intervene and ask him to watch the road as he noticed the driver swaying in and out of the wrong lane because he was reading messages on WhatsApp!
Terrible experience and would never use this service again.”
