On arrival at Izmir Airport we had great difficulty locating the representative.
On departure we were picked up at 5:45am for a 10:15am departure.
Frustrating and not all relaxing experience.”

“I had to find the representative who was in a cafe across the road I was moved about in airport until we found the dolmus - certainly not a ‘superior shuttle’ and nothing like vehicle on website
They keep changing local companies and the service is on a steep decline from where it was a few years ago
Potential return journey a nightmare so I cancelled and got a local cab to the airport
