“No driver waiting with name card on arrival. Allocated private car instead of shared shuttle as booked as we were the only passengers for our destination late at night but on arrival at the hotel the driver was very rude and aggressive and demanded extra payment for the service. He created a very unpleasant scene outside the hotel. Totally unprofessional. We have used Holiday Taxis many times in various countries and always been pleased with the service and even in Turkey last time we had a great service with a lovely driver but this was most unpleasant, unnecessary and downright unprofessional. A horrible experience at the end of a long day's travelling.”
