“The booking team were very helpful and the transport fine. The only issue I and fellow passengers had was on return trip to Dalaman airport. When driver went to a hotel to collect a passenger for the return trip and we must have waited about 30 minutes. Some passengers even went looking for the driver. He eventually came back and no passenger so no idea what he was doing at the hotel.”
