“Dreadful unorganised service
Dreadful unorganised service, lack of communication and knowledge of local area accommodations that left me stranded without return pick up. Had to make my own way back to airport at my own cost. Despite advising the local agent three times that my accommodation had changed, despite being assured my amended collection details were logged, they still sent the bus to the previously booked hotel ! Dreadfully stressful experience bearing in mind I had a flight to catch. Will never use again”
