“This time, in August, me and my sick mother that have operated cancer had to go long distance with our luggage from domestic to intenational terminal where Holiday taxis staff were resting nicely in shadows on their terminals whylst we had to carry our heavy (we are staying for two weeks and need a lot of medications) baggage one kilometer on very hot time and under the burning sun. My mother had operated cancer and I think the least thing that can be done when you pay for private trasport is that they wait for you on your EXIT from the airrport (the right one) after almost twelve hours of trip (we travelled from Sarajevo, then waited another flight in Istanbul airport for few hours) so it was OBVIOUS that we will come in domestic terminal from Istanbul to Antalya and not international one as your staff pretended to had not understood very well. They very conviniently pretended they don't understand the issue or even the English language when it suits them. I hate being lied to. Man at the meeting point was kind but we were dead tired and sweaty and very dissapointed. Transfer was ok, driver was nice, but car was without wifii. I always reserved Holiday taxis for almost 8 years now, and recommended it to others who travel this kind of way (no travel agencies), but I am not sure for the future. There is always some mistake, some problem with your transfer, at least for me. Some "we are sorry, we didn't know". I am tired of this. Someone HAD TO be waiting for us at domestic depature terminal in Antalya airport so my mother don't suffer so much. I am not sure if those people at your desk vere stupid or just lazy but that was just wrong, how not interested they were, except for one older nice man with glasses. He helped us a lot and brought us some water and chair for my mother to sit. Thank you for giving me opportunity to write my review.”
