The journey from the airport to the hotel was horrendous and really rather dangerous! The rain caused the bus front window to keep misting over. The bus was not equipped to clear this so the driver drove the whole was with severely reduced vision and had to keep stopping to wipe it to little effect.
On collection we were made to walk to another street to be collected, however there was plenty of space for the bus to call at our hotel or across the road in the bus/taxi stop. All other stops were right at the door with the driver even going in to their hotel to ask for them!! He also reversed up a hill to the door of one hotel! We were the only ones on that bus that needed that extra little help due to having children who needed to carry luggage.
We have used this service many times but this has made me consider a private taxi next time which is really disappointing.”
