“So much better than taking forever on the free transport! Arriving at TFS, it’s easy to find the cabin where we were escorted immediately to a minibus for just the two of us. The driver was very polite and helped us with our bags. Straight to the hotel near Los Gigantes. Our friends arrived later and had the same experience. On our return, we booked the service for the four of us. We received a note under our room door the evening before and also a text message confirming the arrangements. Another minibus arrived on time with another helpful and polite driver, who helped us with our bags. We drove straight to the airport and missed the coaches, so went straight up to check-in to drop off our bags. Others, who had stayed at our hotel, were picked up over an hour earlier in the free coach and arrived at the airport after us, having had to go round the houses picking up people and waiting ages at some of the hotels for inconsiderate people not being there. Then they had to wait in a big queue at check-in. Highly recommend this service, which by the way, is cheaper than getting a taxi in resort - we checked!”
