The driver at one point wanted me to take a taxi to complete my journey because he was unable or unwilling to take me to my destination, he eventually took me to my apartment.”
“Private car did not turn up, supplier contacted and advised had pick up for next day and could not send a driver and would have to pay a local taxis and claim back from holiday taxis in uk which I paid 106.00 euros Spoke to customer service who said I have to email complaint which will be acknowledged within 28 days and that’s before they agree to a refund! Shocking having to wait that long and so near to Christmas for £100.00 refund! I asked to speak to a manger and was left on hold for 12 minutes! Clearly knowing the cost of the call to myself that I had to put phone down. Complaint should be handled immediately Holiday Taxis that’s good customer service and damage limitation on your reputation! First rule of complaint handling you may want to think about that”
