Arrived at the airport, he got out his door and went to the rear,we had to open the side door ourselves ,The driver stood with his back to both couples again on his phone, he had only opened the rear doors a few inch, we had to open the doors and remove our own cases,
Not once did the driver look or speak ,never mind helping with the cases ..”
