“Booked and prepaid months in advance and when we arrived in Vienna we had no taxi and when I phoned the number provided was told the booking confirmation and name didn’t match so we waited around 45 minutes on someone getting back to me, we then had to go back inside the airport and find our way to a different exit. Base on the driver alone the rating would be 10 out of 10 he was amazing, so friendly and helpful and the knowledge he gave us on the city was amazing. Just what you need from someone picking up tourists at the airport.”
