“The taxi was not there when we arrived. I had to call Holiday Taxis to chase it up. In the end, the taxi turned up after 30 minutes. The taxi driver was apologetic and blamed traffic. We were sympathetic, however lots of other taxi drivers were there on time to meet people from our flight. Moreover, the cost was double that charged by the taxi our hotel called for us on the return journey. I accept paying a bit more to guarantee a taxi meeting you and not having to wait in a queue. But to be charged double and having to wait 30 minutes is not good service.”
