“The driver wasn't waiting for us at the airport as agreed. After one hour's waiting I contacted the emergency number. After the call a driver came to pick us but it wasn't a private car as booked, instead a shuttle. But the price I paid was the same. There was no talk about compensation.”

Car did not show up at hotel to take me back to airport, called number and was told there was no car/driver available, no notice nothing had to get Roma taxi to take me to the airport cost me 50euros on top of what I paid, emailed company twice not received an answer or any confirmation that’s it’s being looked into total shambles”

“HolidayTaxis cancelled our return journey without letting us know. We followed the instructions to confirm our return journey and the car did not show up. According to the supplier (Italian shuttle company), they (holidaytaxis) have not paid their bills and therefore the Italian shuttle could not honor their deal and no taxi came for us. Had to call a separate taxi. Called and emailed holiday taxis and they still haven't responded. It has been 2 weeks now.”
