“I have to say that the HomeOwners Alliance (HOA) website provided me with the most informative guidance when I was selling my house, and subsequently when I was purchasing my new home. I was going through the process for the first time and I found the information on all aspects of my move invaluable. I used HOA to purchase Home Buyers’ Protection Insurance too: Whilst I didn’t need to claim I felt reassured by having it and it was inexpensive for the peace of mind it gave me. I also found the most wonderful surveyor through HOA - he was so thorough and provided a very detailed report at a reasonable cost. I still read the emails HOA sends we because I enjoy keeping up to speed on all aspects of home ownership and services relating to this. I can honestly say that it made my experience of selling and buying a house a lot easier than I imagined and I felt HOA covered all aspects of the process clearly. HOA does what it promises, it “champions the interests of Britain’s homeowners and aspiring homeowners”. Thank you.”
