“I was not at the physical space, just managing the logistics prior. The communucation with the events managers at The Fox was a bit difficult. They were hard to get a hold of and then would need information within the hours requested, which was a bit frustrating. There was also some contradictory information that was given to us, which was a hastle and took time to get the correct information sorted. The managers were very friendly on the phone, but that was really the only way to get in touch with them (if I was in the UK that would be fine, but I am in the US :))”
