“First off this never even arrived! Apparently was out of stock but I had to find that out myself emailing customer services who then ignored me once I’d stated my problem. I would have not have placed the order and paid for delivery if I had known this was not in stock, made for an expensive other item. However I did actually get this on Amazon and it’s the worst bottle I’ve ever used. Somehow it leaks even just putting the lid on, magically milk glides up the straw and goes everywhere, again upon closing lid it leaks. Cleaning is an issue aswell, you can not get a straw cleaner down the hole. I’d give it 0 stars. Poor customer services and even poorer product,”
