“Love the mouse which is beautifully soft for little hands. A bit bigger than I expected ( only did rough measurement ) but not a problem. Was surprised it arrived just in tissue, not a more hygienic wrapping, knowing how hygiene-minded young parents are.”

We’re sorry to hear that the packaging wasn’t quite what you expected, and we truly appreciate your feedback. These items don’t come pre-packaged in a box from the manufacturer, but we do take great care in how we store and wrap each product before we send them out. We also aim to minimise plastic use wherever possible, which is why we use paper-based wrapping for these items. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
