“A bit disappointed in how the pouch sits on the belt of the seat, I don't find it very comfy and it's tricky to put things in and out of it, my phone doesn't fit in it unfortunately and no room for a purse ( sorry I'm old school and don't use Google pay). I think a cross body pouch might be better for me”

Thank you for your feedback Sian – the pouch is designed to hold most phones however this isn’t feedback we have had before, we will definitely take this into consideration.
