I love this product! As soon as I put it on to try with baby I felt like the weight had been lifted. My back already feels less achy and baby wriggles less whilst being carried as she’s comfy sitting on the seat. A fantastic product!

The only reason this hasn’t been given full marks is that the angle of the seat is too flat, it should be raised like so many of the comparable models, so that baby is tilted in towards you. As it is he slopes out and you still have a fair amount of strain holding him near your body. However quality is good, looks just as advertised. I would have gone with one that had an angle but was struggling to find the extender which you guys do and I needed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm really sorry to hear that this product wasn't worth 5 stars. The only help we can suggest is to ensure the belt of the Hipseat is done up tightly enough so that the seat doesn't slope away from your body. If you breathe in and then tighten the Hipseat it should be able to hold your baby more securely.
