“This is the second one I've bought as took the first to my daughter who lives abroad. I have shoulder/elbow problems and the seat means the weight of my granddaughter is supported by my hips and back, rather than my arms. Excellent idea.”

“I really wanted to give this more. It’s sturdy and my toddler finds it comfortable. But, it’s not size inclusive at all. I’m 16/18 and it’s only just big enough. My wife is a size bigger and isn’t able to use it all. I’ve kept because I bought it on sale so it’s good value for money”

Good Morning Romy, I'm so sorry to hear you don't think our Hipseat is inclusive. The standard Hipseat goes up to a waist size of 45 inches (approximately size 20/22), we then offer an extension belt which adds another 6 inches to the Hipseat. It sounds like you may be wearing the seat a tad too low. I will email you separately with a guide for how to wear the seat comfortably. We can see how you get on with it, and possibly send you an extension if there are still issues. Thank you The Hippychick Team

“this product is great for taking some of the weight off of your arms when your carrying your child around. My daughter broke her pelvis a few years ago, so this product is really helpful.”

“I just bought the hip seat carrier and I am very happy with it. My little girl is big for her age and is 26 months old. I thought this may be for the smaller children but it really does help when I'm out and about with her. I can't carry her for long at all anymore because she is too heavy, but this hip seat enables me to comfortably carry her when she wants to be picked up. I don't know how I would manage without it. It is so easy to put on in comparison to a full carrier, and is a nice transition for kids that don't want to be held down by a traditional carrier/pushchair, but can't yet walk for long distances. I can also just pick her up if we enter a shop, so it is definitely worth it during covid times. Highly recommended.”
