“There's a lot to like about this, it's cosy and pleasant to sleep on, and does the job well. However, I have had 2 of these for a few weeks now, and have a few issues. First, laundry. If I wash with the other linens, they come out wet, as the waterproof layer on this item traps water within the wash load. I have now started washing it alone in the machine, which isn't exactly ecological. Second, the stretchy mesh sides are flimsy. On my second time putting this item on the bed, my finger poked a hole in the mesh as I was putting it around the corner of the mattress. I found this very disappointing, I paid £58 each for these, and want them to last a good long time. I can't mend the hole, as the needle and thread just pull more holes in the mesh.”
