Boikido have done it again, they’ve come up with a new creative way for your child to learn counting.

It is in the shape of a wooden board with a beautiful, brightly coloured friendly snail with holes carved throughout it.

The Lacing Numbers Board Game from BoiKido is a really simple but very effective educational game that is specifically designed to help you teach your child to recognise numbers and learn how to count. It’s brightly coloured, painted wooden board has a smiling snail design that is sure to captivate your child as he or she weaves the lace through the carved holes within the board following numbers from 1 to 12.

Not only is the Lacing Numbers board game great for number learning, its lacing holes also help to develop manual dexterity and patience!

Recommended for 36 months +.

My son is too young for it yet. But it looks great.

The lace can only be pulled through one hole at a time, so no tightening the lace or loosening it once the child had started. The child will have to pull the lace - which is excessively long - through all the way on each stitch before starting the next one. Basically the holes need to be bigger. Not a very forgiving toy for a little child to learn with.
