“It's a nice necklace. Glad I looked at it before the reciprocate as the necklace was not presented well but that is presumably due to the handling on its journey to me. The delivery was good, it was well packaged but disappointed that it didn't include a hot diamonds gift bag. All my previous purchases of hot diamonds have included that but it's the first time buying from yourselves.”
