“What an amazing company to trade with. I currently brought a swimming pool and after reading the description which said 8ft swimming pool with a pump at a great price, we knew it was the one. Once we received the pool we opened it up with unfortunate disappointment seeing no filter pump inside. After emailing customer service I had a prompt reply saying that unfortunately there was a typo error on the description. What highway garden and leisure did next was unexpected and a pleasant surprise, as they offered me money back for the purchase of the pool and a to keep the pool! I was more than happy to pay for it but they insisted it was ok.
Thank you very much for the free pool and the great customer service. I shall be purchasing again in the near future.
