“Bought a silver T-bar heavy round belcher bracelet. The bracelet is beautiful, very pleased with it. However, the link from the bracelet to the large loop that the t-bar goes through is a very cheap and thin link that is not sealed in any way. On just the 2nd day of wearing it fell apart. I can't understand why you'd make something so beautiful and finish it off so poorly. Need to take it to a jeweler to get a decent link put on that is secure.”

I'm not sure what happened here. We don't normally use thin links in this bracelet at all so I suppose it's possible that one of our silversmiths used a wrong link in error. In any case, apologies for that and hopefully we have resolved this issue for you now.
