“Ordered these as an anniversary gift for my husband. The quality is only just acceptable - the inserts appear to have been glued in and there was a slight excess of this visible - the inserts were discoloured slightly and not shiny silver as expected. The engraving is lasered on and a little tacky looking. I was expecting hand engraving. The overall effect is okay but not great. I wouldn't order again from this company.”
Thank you for your review. We apologise that there is residue of glue on the cufflinks. All of our engraving is done by a diamond tip engraving machine to ensure a good quality of engraving. We do not offer hand engraving. If you wish to return the cufflinks to us we will of course remove any marks for you or if you prefer to return the cufflinks for a refund.
