“I was really disappointed with the size of this bangle. I honestly thought I'd been sent a child's one by mistake.
The sizing is confusing because at the top of the page it says you can buy a small (14-15cm) or medium (15-16cm). Then at the bottom of the page it says the sizes are small/medium (15-16cm) and medium/large (16.5-17.5cm).
I have a wrist size of 15cm, I ordered the medium and it did not fit me.
I could just about get it on but the balls were almost on the edges of my wrist so it looked silly. I'd say I have a small wrist so these bracelets will not fit most people.
I emailed them to complain and request a refund but got no answer.
It cost me £7 to return the bracelet, which is obviously upsetting because according to the information on this website the bracelet should have fit me. I feel I was misled and paid the price for it.
It's unfortunate because the quality of the bracelet was really nice and it came nicely packaged. The delivery was prompt, and they also processed my refund really quickly, but unfortunately, they're the only good things I can say.”
