Perfect for cutting, chopping, slicing and dicing this is an extremely versatile knife that will tackle anything from a cherry tomato to a hog roast! It's a powerful cleaver with a razor-sharp AUS-8 steel blade, a convex profile shape, and full tang construction.
Hand forging provides a unique look for each knife, and finished with a two-tone red and black G10 handle that copes with moisture without compromising grip.
Each is supplied with a leather sheath.

“Super sharp, but don’t put it through the dish washer. Great knife very sharp out of the box, it is heavy to chop with, but make short work of chopping all foods. Lovely colourfully handle, and the scabbard is of high quality. Don’t put it through the dish washer though, although advertised as a kitchen knife it rusted in the dishes washer. No warning on the box!”
