“This arrived sharper than anything i have bought previously even comes with a plaster lol, I used it to slice the heinnie reciept into tiny pieces while it was still folded in 4 as is tradition before er indoors sees it Bought solely to prepare ferret food it sails through chicken thigh bones so they go through a mincer easily, seems like you only have to touch the chicken skin and it slices it, still razor sharp after chopping bones. handle could of done with being textured. just what i needed”
