However for all you outdoor types out there the next time to go to peel your spuds out in the sticks and your stainless peeler is rusty, think how this could improve your next cookout!Ceramic blades are more brittle than steel. “A great tool for the kitchen, it's a joy to use.. I had to replace my previous one because, it just seemed to lack capability after 2 / 3 years. Luckily I was able to transfer the blade from my new black one onto my previous orange handled one. I find the orange hand grip better due to it being easier to see when required to do some vegetable peeling. The handle is ergonomic and it is easy to use.”
