“This knife is phenomenal. The value for money is astounding. The blade quality, sharpness out the box and so forth is amazing. The handle is so ergonomic and the fit and finish is beautiful. If you're debating buying this, please do!”

“Bought this when it was on a deal, very glad I did. It's a legal carry slip joint that I have no hesitation in keeping in my pocket in most places. One hand opening works fine, sharp out of the box, the clip can be moved for lefties like me, lanyard hole if you want one. Doesn't look too 'tactical' so doesn't frighten the sheeple. The back spring is not very strong to facilitate the oho but as long as you aren't careless it's not a problem. Been carrying it for a while now and can recommend it”

“UK brand, UK-legal. Good and chunky in the hand. Good value. The thumb stud and one-hand opening really attracted me. Trouble was it just became an absolute pain to operate. The back spring in any slip joint knife has to be strong enough to hold the blade open & shut. The problem is the limited leverage, with the thumb stud so close to the pivot. Luckily, the stud unscrews quite easily into its two halves. Easily replaced with a 3 mm zip tie. The tie's tail goes through the stud hole from the L side, back up over the blade spine and through the head. You need a cable tie tool to get it to maximum tightness for it to be firm and immobile. Knife is now transformed - very comfortable and easy to open. All the screws are assembled at the factory without threadlocker, making it easy to disassemble. However the pivot screw will benefit from a bit of (blue) Loctite to hold adjustment. 14C28N isn't an aspirational steel (anymore) but knife steel guru Dr Larrin Thomas describes it as a Swedish super-fine microstructure, high toughness stainless steel, originally designed for razors. In other words, a perfectly good steel and also not that difficult to sharpen. The factory bevel is around 17.5 degrees per side. Measured: blade length 7.2 cm, edge length 6.2 cm, blade spine thickness 2.83 mm (above the plunge), behind-the-edge 0.55 mm, handle thickness 13 mm, closed length 10.44 cm, weight 97 g. Speedy delivery from HH, as usual.”

“A relatively cheap, uk legal, one handed opening knife. Fit and finish is above what its price would suggest and you can also get replacement parts or new scales directly from the manufacturer making it an attractive choice at this price point. That said it's not without its flaws, some of this is nitpicking/personal preference but worth mentioning if you are thinking of getting one:Thumbstuds are not great, they feel more sharp than I would like. You can somewhat improve the feel by "breaking in" the knife, opening/closing it a few dozen times and then oiling it but even after this it's not ideal.Finger choil is undersized, you can have your finger slip out of it or fail to find it without looking, potentially touching the blade in the process. It feels like it was perhaps an afterthought but I am glad it was included at all.Jimping is very understated and quite thick, I don't really feel like it is significant enough to be a benefit on this knife.Scales are smooth G10, every other knife with G10 I own has a texture and grippyness to it that I quite like for knife scales, these are very smooth and quite slippy in comparison. It's not a huge problem but I was surprised when I received the knife.Overall this is a very impressive and capable knife, I appreciate the inclusion of the pocket clip filler tab, the slightly oversized handle as well as the ease of sourcing replacement parts enabling customization.”
