Unbelievable value for money, feels much more expensive, very sharp, one of my favourite knives even if it is not expensive to buy, quite large too.

After a long search for a decent edc and buying a variety of makes and giving most of them away I thought I'd try an SOG. Great price and excellent courier delivery from Heinnie as usual. Without full tech analysis I can honestly say this is an excellent piece of kit. Industrial build, easy open and close, smooth, accessible and simple. At this money this knife is a no brainer purchase.

I have owned many knives over the years, some cheap and cheerful, some very expensive. For forty years I was a Laguiole fanboy, before fanboys (or Apple) were a thing. But this knife is without doubt my favourite of all of the knives I have owned. At this price, you really don't care what you use it for, if it were to break (tip is very fine) or the mechanism failed, I would simply buy another. Garden, camping, letter opening, prising something open, carefully shortening a leather belt... all tests passed with flying colours. It also begs the question... Why would you pay more, especially for an edc.

SOG Aegis FL is fantastic. What a great knife for a really good price. Feels like I've got a far more expensive knife. It has a nice large super sharp blade. The whole knife including the handle is metal. I really like this. Feels good in my hand and I'm able to grip it easily. It's quite light but just feels like a tough well made knife. It looks awesome!Impressed fairplay.

I had to do a lot of tweaks with the pivot and frame lock to finally get it to open and close with ease one handed. Good blade and easy to sharpen. The blade has a small amount of play and flex but it's good for everyday tasks including work in the garden

Very nice basic little knife and I'd say you get more from it than you pay for. Takes some practice to one-handed opening and closing (hence the 4 stars, I've had some near accidents) but doesn't take to long to crack it. I've used this knife for a range of tasks like building, farming, hunting and butchery and it does the job very nicely. Easy to clean and maintain. Very happy with this.

An entry level knife. I bought this for evevy day tasks so I diddn't have to use my more collectable blades.Turns out I like this to much to use it. This knife is well built strong, feels nice in the hand and makes a great clunking sound on opening as the blade locks up.Great fun to play with just for the sound.
