The Roxon Phantom multi-tool has it all! Pliers, scissors, replaceable knife blade, wire cutters, and the rest, all come in a compact package that unfolds like magic. It is tough, ergonomic and made with a high degree of quality. There are 15 tools in total:

“The most remarkable pair of scissors I have ever seen on a multitool. Big, spring loaded and sharp. They cut like a dream. The rest is just so what. The blasé is poor and the liner lock doesn't work. The pliers are functional and what's with the fake replaceable wire cutters? It's ice that it comes with a bit kit though the soft rubber holder is yuck and the pouch doesn't work very well. There is better kit out there.”
