The Rough Rider Black Appaloosa Easy Open Folding Knife features mirror polished stainless steel drop point blade with two match strike pulls. The handles are grey and white smooth bone with ringed nickel silver bolsters, brass liners, nickel silver pins, and a special spade-shaped nickel silver shield. The blade has a useful half stop.
The blade is under three inches long and non-locking meaning it is a knife that you can legally carry in your pocket at your own discretion.

“This has become my regular edc knife now, I purchased it a while ago, & it's never let me know, holds a keen edge, very easy to sharpen. Also, as said, quite elegant looking, & not threatening in appearance, I'd say it was almost feminine in it's looks. Well built, nice half lock, for it's price you simply cannot go wrong!”

“These Rough Ryders are just beautiful, distinct knives. Hand built and pretty much an individual piece, as not one is exactly the same and at a fantastic price.You get so much for the money. Working knife that's also a piece of art and craftsmanship.This One is awesome!The design and blade shape is just lovely and its a good size too. Very sharp. The appaloosa handle with the Spade shield and the nickel bolster is something else. The studs and the steel and brass inlay makes this knife stand out. The fit and finish for the price still impresses me.I enjoyed cleaning this beauty up listening to Motorhead.A Stunning piece, very pleased.Hennie Haynes continue to be one of the best online companies out there!!”

“I have purchased numerous Rough Ryder knives from Heinnie in the past and every one has pleased me. But where this knife stands apart is that its ease of opening is superb. As anyone who has undergone extensive chemotherapy will know that one side affect is that fingernails become very brittle and useless for opening knives. Problem completely solved. Also the quality of the one I received is very high. Usual first class Heinnie service of course.”
