Welcome to the fold Real Steel Heinnie Haynes® Luna Red G10. This lovely little UK carry folder joins the ever increasing collaborations between Heinnie Haynes and some of the best knife manufacturers in the world.
The Luna was a winner as soon as Real Steel brought it out, it's impressive streamlined and functional design made it a very popular choice with users and collectors alike. Now it has been given the Heinnie treatment with the handsome red G10 handle. And of course it is non-locking with a sub three inch blade so can be carried in the UK.
The blade is made from D2 which incredibly sharp out of the box and is a hard resilient steel so won't need sharpening very often. It has a pocket clip and lanyard hole for carry options and to customise.

I got this knife for free as a promotional thing. I go wild camping alot across the UK and usually use a fixed blade for my cooking . This time I left that at home and solely used this for 4 days cooking 2/3 meals a day . Was perfect for cooking bread . Onions, garlic potatoes, tomatoes. Raw meats and cooked too . Verry impressive and it was free. I belive it's around 30 quid. It's made me now look at knifes of similar caliber in a new light. I also used it for some feather sticks. Worked brilliantly. It can also spread butter ?. Handle was great aswell and did well with greasy crud all over it . I got home only needed about 5 mins worth of stropping and back to razor sharp . So for me for it's price . Well bloody worth it and I will be bringing it everything in my cooking utensil bag

I bought this knife a few months ago, but as it's back in stock I thought I'd say how pleased I've been with it. It's the first quality folding knife I've purchased and it's really given me the bug to get more. I know what a sharp knife feels like as I've spent a fair few years as a chef, and own a few nice bits of cutlery. The edge that this blade will take is truly stunning for the price though; out of the box it took the hairs straight off my arm!The feel of the action when opening and closing it really appeals to me. I love things that are solid: Well designed and well made. This knife is definitely solid. It's UK legal so no locking mechanism, but the stops are so positive that you never feel like it's going to fold up on you. If you're looking for an entry level knife that punches well above is weight, this is definitely one for the short list.

Difficult to fault . Could perhaps lose the clip but then I feel that way about all pocket knives
