We all love a Luna! But if you are one of those knife users that needs some way of opening your favourite blade with one hand then the Real Steel Luna Thumb Stud is the answer. It fits snugly and unobtrusively onto the back of the blade and can be positioned at the exact place that is most comfortable to open the blade with your thumb.

“Or at least the grey one I got says the material is Titanium. Either way it was easy to fit. I had not problem with the grub screw even with trying different positions and having to tighten it a couple of times. Now it has been on the Luna for a while it feels like it's is part of the knife and not an add on.”

“You can open the knife with one hand now using this thumb stud, is it worth the extra money over a regular thumb stud ? Probably not but I went with it and it fits nicely”

“Excellent quality product some might find them a little bit too small for the sausage sized fingers out there, i have only given 4 stars as when you are putting them in place just make sure you don't go getting ( like myself old monkey muscles) and tightening them up too much or you will for sure strip the Allan key hole. I have had 14 of them and done it 3 times! You can easily get a replacement grub screw from eBay being sure that you get a M2.5 thread or even better just don't over do it lol”

“Simple design, simple application, one thing I would say use a decent quality allen key, think the supplied is made from cheese, but your buying the stud not a tool.”

“First one would not tighten down so had to get a replacement. Fits ok, and does help, but not as good as a permanent factory fitted thumb stud, and half the price of the actual knife.”
