Heinnie Red Edition is an initiative dedicated to craftsmanship, rarity, and meaningful collaboration. Each Red Edition release represents a one-off partnership with leading brands, specialist manufacturers, or custom knife makers—bringing together shared values to create pieces that are truly collectable.
Unlike our standard Heinnie Exclusive items, Red Edition models are produced as single, never-to-be-repeated runs. Every piece is individually serial-numbered and released in extremely limited quantities.
Red Edition gives us the opportunity to celebrate the projects we're most passionate about—whether that's working alongside exceptional makers, reviving sought-after designs, or creating unique interpretations of modern classics.
For our second Red Edition, we've partnered with Andy Armstrong of RoseCraft Blades to create a Birchfield Camp Jack unlike any other. Finished with rich red jigged bone covers and individually serial numbered marking it as one of just 200 pieces, it combines timeless traditional styling with the fit and finish that has made RoseCraft one of the most exciting names in modern slipjoint knives. It's built to be used and appreciated in equal measure, with carefully chosen materials and a distinctive appearance that sets it apart from the standard production model.
Each knife is presented in exclusive Red Edition packaging, with a Rosecraft challenge coin and includes a limited run Red Edition sticker. Once sold out, this configuration will never be produced again.

If you like the look,be quick and get yourself one, you won't regret it, build quality and quality control are top tier,I can't find a single issue to criticise on mine,so good for the money,I have paid double this price for some knives which are not as well made as this.

The aesthetics and ergonomics of this knife are top knotch. It feels really good in the hand and slices beautifully. If 10 is impossible to open, the pull on this must be a 9 though. Don't buy this if you enjoy pain free thumb nails, or the ability to open your knife when your hands are greasy or wet. Such a shame, so close to perfection.

Great little slipjoint. My first Rosecraft and I’m impressed with how well it’s made and it looks are great to. Opening and closing is perfect and stiff enough that it won’t shut on you while using it unless your doing something wrong, I’ve used slip joints for over 40 years are never had one shut and cut me. Just need to know its limitations. But overall heinnie and Rosecraft did well with this one.

Wow what an exceptional little knife! Solid construction, beautiful classic-but-modern blade geometry and those handles are just the cherry on top. Fit and finish is flawless. Very strong slip joint so no concerns there and perfectly centred. Great collab

A beautifully built slipjoint that inspires confidence This is an exceptionally well made knife that immediately gives the impression of quality. It feels incredibly solid and sturdy, with no play whatsoever. Everything is tight, well fitted and precisely engineered. The knife is also a pleasure to look at and hold. The fit and finish are excellent, and it has a reassuring weight that makes it feel like a tool built to last for many years rather than something disposable. One of the standout features is the action. It opens with a very satisfying, reassuring snap and has a strong backspring that inspires confidence in use. One concern I often have with cheaper slipjoint knives is the possibility of the blade folding unexpectedly, but that certainly isn’t the case here. The spring tension is excellent and it feels extremely secure during normal use. Overall, this is a fantastic traditional pocket knife that combines superb craftsmanship with confidence inspiring performance. If you’re looking for a premium slipjoint that feels robust, dependable and built for a lifetime of use, I would happily recommend it.
